Push Piers Installation by DynaPier® in Indianapolis
At Americrawl, our interlocking & patented DynaPier® segments are the best type of push pier system that we install for residential and commercial customers in Indianapolis, Lafayette, Bloomington, and other cities throughout our service area in Central Indiana. Our push piers are comprised of high-strength concrete that is pre-cast in a powder-coated steel sleeve to resist corrosion while providing superior shear strength & compressive resistance.
Push pier segments by DynaPier® are hydraulically driven into the ground with the outer casing filled with concrete for maximum hardness. The process is repeated until the foundation pier hits bedrock or dense subsurface strata. The foundation pier is topped with a steel cap before the structure is lifted and secured on the foundation pier. Technical Specifications by Americrawl
When Americrawl installs a push pier system at your home or office, the DynaPier® segments are comprised of 2 7/8″ diameter 8-gauge powder-coated tubing. The steel segments are pre-cast with a 9,000 psi concrete mix. Segments that have been cured for 28 days can withstand compressed loads in excess of 75 tons.
The patented DynaPier® is comprised of high-strength concrete that is pre-cast in a steel sleeve to provide superior shear strength and compressive resistance. The outer steel casing is filled with a concrete core, cured for maximum strength, and hydraulically driven into the ground one pier at a time. A temporary platform is attached to the pier so that the structure can be lifted. Once the desired lift is achieved, the push pier system is extended up to the footing and the pier cap is attached to the pier. When you choose Americrawl for your push pier system, the benefits include:
- The pier is located centrally and directly beneath the foundation footing.
- ALL shims are contained within the pier cap.
- Installation does not require removal or breaking of the footing; footing remains completely intact.
- The result is a foundation that far exceeds the home’s original structural integrity, making your foundation better than new.
