Mr. R called us to come out and inspect his crawlspace because he had suspected it was holding water because he was getting mold developing in a closet.
We installed our AmeriDrain perimeter drainage system along with our SuperSump sump pump system and applied a mold treatment and prevention paint to the structural wood components.
Very happy with the improvements to the crawl space. I had a cable guy installing down there the following week. He said it was the cleanest crawl space he had ever been in!
