Mark contacted Americrawl because he noticed some separation between his floor trim and his floor thinking he might have some structural damage.
We replaced the damaged sill plate and sistered some floor joists to strengthen the support of the subfloor.
Very happy with the improvements to the crawl space. I had a cable guy installing down there the following week. He said it was the cleanest crawl space he had ever been in!
