The customer had sloping floors in the bedroom.
We performed an assessment on the foundation to get to the root of the sloping floors. We determined he needed sill plates and floor joist repair. The customer was thrilled with the more level flooring in the bedroom.
Very happy with the improvements to the crawl space. I had a cable guy installing down there the following week. He said it was the cleanest crawl space he had ever been in!
